“The body is not rigid, the mind is”.

Biography

I remember my first Yoga lesson ... like it was yesterday!

I remember my first Yoga lesson ... like it was yesterday!

My body was rigid, my mind even more…. But through this wonderful discipline, which entered my soul and which even became my choice of life, my body and my mind became incredibly flexible. Yoga has me, not only made more flexible in body and mind, but he also taught me that anything is possible when awareness and consistency add up.

It has guided me in my personal change and it still does, pushing me to deepen our body/mind system and the connections between this and our emotional sphere, leading me to a deepest study of the human anatomy and to the training of the Mezieres/Bertelé method (https://www.metodobertele.it/).

Yoga
Currently

Currently, beyond my personal daily practice, I go to India for a month each year to study intensively with my current teacher and mentor, Gabriella Pascoli; I also continue to train myself, taking the time to participate in intensive workshops several times a year, in order to deepen my studies and my practice with those whom I consider to be the best teachers of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the world.

With regard to postural rehabilitation, (https://www.bbyoga.fr/cours-de-yoga/th%C3%A9rapie-de-r%C3%A9%C3%A9ducation-posturale), I follow the Dr Bertelè and her team during the intensive weeks (https://www.metodobertele.it/settimane-intensive), the medical visits and the updating periods (one week per year).

I provide treatments directly at home and I work with several therapists and physiotherapists colleagues in the multi-hand cares.

I belong to the Sosmeb Association (Scientific society method Bertelè,https://sosmeb.it/sito/),

that brings together the therapists authorized to exercise the method.
